🎉 JUNE 17TH EVAN PROPOSED TO DANEE MASUR 🎉
Evan's grandparents (Paul's parents) so kindly and generously offered Evan to have one of Grandma's 1 carat diamond stud earrings to be used as part of Danee's engagement ring...WOW. Evan took the diamond and had the engagement ring made with Danee's input of course. He created a surprise proposal plan with Danee's sister and family involvement. He kept the secret for few months and proposed to Danee while visiting her family in Washington DC. She was completely surprised!! We are beyond thrilled for Danee joining the family...she's a wonderful addition and we are excited for their future!
July 4th weekend we spent few days with the Sewell family at Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain Georgia
Annual visit to South Dakota to visit my sister Lisa, niece Jaden, Uncle Roger and Aunt Dolly....its always a blessing to spend time with my family
Girls trip to Sioux Falls, SD with long time friends from high school! It was so fun hanging out with Dawn, Chris and Krista for a long weekend in July. We talked and laughed nonstop!!!
First weekend of August, Evan took Ella camping in North Georgia mountains with little to no rain in the forecast. It started as great trip of bonding but turned into an adventure....they were headed back to the campsite after having a great dinner near the stream when the sky opened up and it started pouring rain. They got soaked and then couldn't go back into tent with everything dripping wet so they packed up started waking back down the mountain to the car. At this point it was getting dark so it was hard to navigate etc. Once they finally made it back to the car completed drenched, they called us. We got them a hotel nearby. Unfortunately the weekend didn't end up like they planned but they have lasting memory to cherish!!
August 8th first day of 11th grade
Paul and Evan enjoying another year of attending Georgia Falcons football
Ella's band concerts at the high school etc.
Celebrated Thanksgiving in Los Angeles with family. Paul's brother David and his wife Nicole coordinated everything! We had the best time!!! (also, doggies had their own thanksgiving meal at doggie daycare 🐶)
Below is a collaboration of Ella's hobby of baking...yum!
We finished out 2022 by putting this puzzle together. Paul gave Ella this QR code 500 piece puzzle with no reference chance to win million dollars...we finally finished and scanned it to only win $1...wow. Ella and I laughed sooo much putting this together so it was totally worth it 🤣
